What is included in a Deep-Standard Cleaning? Move-out clean?

Standard cleaning typically refers to a set schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Please go to Services to see how we cover every bit of your home from top to bottom!

Move-out cleans go for the nitty-gritty details that will give the home the disinfecting feel and the professional look to pass the keys to the new owners. This clean will be more consistent to getting all the nooks and cranny’s on top of the standard cleaning.

We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Ready Maids Inc. employees will be equipped with the necessary cleaning supplies and products. If you have special requests, you can arrange product or supply preferences with our cleaners.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes you certainly may. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account, add comments for what you’d like done on the following clean or on every clean moving forward. It will be applied to your service. If you request an add-on, the cost will increase.

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on your online portal under account info. Click “Change password”. Or you can give us a call.

How do I change my address?

Simply go to our booking form and change your address on file online by clicking the upside down triangle bottom to the left of where it says “address”. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account after confirming the email that we first sent to you. Click on the link to confirm and create your login information. On the main page, scroll down until you see “Payment Method”, click the gear icon next to it, and choose the option “”Add Credit/Debit Card. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Pricing & Policies

How much will it cost?

Go to Book Appointment on homepage, then scroll down about halfway down the screen. An option for customizing your clean will be available with the price showing as you go! The location of the price will be to the right of the screen and at the bottom.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Everyone who applies and interviews to work for Ready Maids Inc. will go through a vigorous screening process. First, a phone interview screening, then an in-person interview, followed by a nationwide background check. We finish off by calling all references who have a professional relationship with the employee. Needless to say, not just anyone works for Ready Maids Inc.. Your house is in good hands.

 

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Please call in the same day if you have any concerns. If it’s quality related, we ask that you report it within 24 hours of the completed clean. Our process is: 1. Go back and do a re-clean (The re-clean will need to occur before going on to step 2). 2.If re-clean wasn’t satisfactory, we will give you your money back! You must provide proof that the work was unsatisfactory again with pictures, etc.  It is important they know you are able to communicate with them openly about these concerns as the relationship between cleaners and clients are just as important as the work itself.

If it’s something wrong with scheduling, or a booking mistake on out part, call us and we will be happy to find the best solution for you!

 

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

All billing information is kept private and secure. This booking platform and payment processing use three levels of encryption: First is the validation SSL, second is the 256 bit security, third is stripes credit card payment processor uses its own 256 bit encryption. Security is a top priority of ours, your information will be safe.
